R.O.P.S.
Any full framed Hustler Z or Super Z or Mini Z 52 unit now comes with foldable R.O.P.S.
Other than that, nothing has changed.

So, a 2008 Hustler Z 25 hp Kawi 60" will come with a ROPS standard?

If it was built after January 1st 2008 it will, yes.

Hopefully it was built after Jan.1. It hasn't been delivered to my local dealer yet. Thanks for the speedy response!

I just looked at what the dealer called a 2008 model Hustler Z with 25 Kaw & 60" XR7 deck today, and it did not have ROPS. The dealer said they will put one on for $250, and the price on the mower is $7500 before ROPS. They said the ROPS for the Super Z has not come out yet, said that Hustler is still negotiating with manufacturers for it, but said it will be $350 to $400.

The ROPS is out and has been on every full framed unit (Hustler Z and Super Z) since January 1st.
No negotiating.... lol... don't know where he came up with that.
He may be calling this unit a 2008, this is because our model year starts August 1st of the previous year, so if it was built after August 1st 2007 it is a "2008" model.
