Employee health care plans?

I was wondering if the lawn care industry has some kind of Health care pool for employees that are not covered by a company health care plan?

I know NASE (national association for the Self Employed) has some health care stuff. We should start a NALCO!

The problem I am having is that most of my employees are insured through their spouses and are not interested in a group plan set up by me. That leaves a few without since a group plan has to have a certain number of employees that do need the insurance. Your right we should try to look into setting something up.
