OCDC Question

I have a question about OCDC's and a "search" revealed no answers, so here is my question.
Say one is mowing along a parking lot ,does not want to discharge out onto the pavement, and closes the OCDC. Will the clippings leave a windrow on the right side since no discharge is occuring? Let's assume this is average mowing conditions,not real tall or wet.
If it doesn't leave a windrow, why not? If it does,can you mow back the other direction to get rid of the windrow or will it just transfer it to the other side of the deck?:confused:

Yes, in heavy growth, they will windrow a bit. In light growth it just spits it down and gets recut. Best addition to any mower, couldn't live without one.

I saw some at the EXPO in KY. I have seen one LCO here added one to their Lazer and have to say it does fairly well. I will be adding this to my ZTR's this spring, but I will be fabricating them myself.

Best idea to add to mowers becides a Flex-Deck.
