Random Drug Testing

For those of you doing random drug testing on your employees, how often and when? What is your proceedures for those who test posative? Are they gone or do you penalize and give another chance?

For those of you doing random drug testing on your employees, how often and when?

How often and when, would sort of defeat the whole notion of the 'randomness' wouldn't it? :laugh:

I have a friend that would have his one employee tested 3-4 times a year, sometimes 4 weeks apart, sometimes 10....just so the guy never could tell.
