Nice promo. Now all you need to buy is the catcher and or a step saver ...You pretty much get a business in a box ...just add a trimmer and a backpack blower and your set.

I'm wondering why BOP decided to do this promotion ?? Are orders for the new season what you expected them to be, therefore, you're doing this promotion ??

Actually, sales has exceeded expectations year to date, especially the Quickie 32.

Better Outdoor Products strives on offering different promotions through out the year to stimulate potential buyers. It would be great if one promotion would excite everyone. It's just not gonna happen.

Quick often offers incentives, but that hardly means they are in trouble.... what it means is that they are as marketing savy as well as good designers. I'd never buy a new vehicle at list, yet there are car companies that won't budge. Fine. I have other options. There are others that will give me something of value as an incentive to buy. Quick doesn't have dealers to give kick backs (Ya wanna call em incentives, fine) to to get more sales. They market promotions to end users, not to dealers.

That's a hell of a "service kit" I mean, they aren't messing around! New pulleys, New belts, Do I see a new spindle in housing there? And then all the "normal" things you think of for servicing a mower. Plus blades! And then to give that away free with the mower! Dang, I wish That every manufacturer did that!

There are many people on here that use them... Try searching... Buyer beware about the "small" part, because the 36" cut machines are actually about 39" in width. Seems odd to me, would render them about useless if you had true 3 foot gates to pass through.

They are very compact because of the 3 blade system on a 36" tunnel deck, that's what I love about them !!

I placed my order with Tommy for a 32 Samurai. :cool2: Yeah, Whitey, I know I said I agreed but I figured Id go with the Cadillac if it only meant a couple hundred bucks. No, Tommy didn't sell me. As a matter of fact he saved me a few bucks by telling me that the two sets of high lifts would be great to mulch with and I may not need the gators. When's the last time you called any place selling anything and they talked you out of buying something?!?!? Thanks Tommy. This is the kind of thing that sets Better apart from the others. The only thing I was disappointed with was the ship time. I was told my unit wouldnt ship for two weeks! dOH! :dizzy: Now Im stuck mowing with a push mower till it gets here. We started mowing a couple weeks ago here. Anyway, I guess they are having to build it before they can ship it...

Congrats Will! I would really have liked to get the hour meter, but I'm just more comfortable with a pull start. If I went with the ignition start, I would have bought more parts, just in case.

I think the 32's are selling even better than they expected. I hope to get mine late next week. I also ordered the bagger. I probably already said that!

cool are they good mowers ?

We mow, and have mowed over 30 lawns per day with our Quick 36's for a few years now and couldn't be happier.

They are light, compact with a short wheel base, and as durable as you can get. Maintenance is a breeze as well, which helps us make lots of $$$$$$$!

Can't say enough about these mowers. Check out our pics below, as they are compact too!

That's a Ford Ranger that it's going into comfortably.

I am very happy with both. IMHO they have FAR less repairs and maint. issues than the exmark and bobcat and toro...The are serious pieces of equipment at a fair price. Since they are so light weight they really have no impact on your wrists. 350lbs. for a 44in. WB....look up what an exmark weighs...and try using it on wet ground or fragile turf. IMHO BOP and the Quick series mowers are the best value for your dollar....also they have SUPERIOR customer service and a 30 day return policy if your unhappy with your purchase.

They are commercial grade all the way, the controls are awesome with no wrist problems. And I should know having mowed just under 5000 lawns myself with them per year for the past 2 years. If I knew the step saver was that easy I would have gotten one of those the 1st year! :hammerhead:

As Buckeye stated, the repairs are next to nothing, and for us have only been belt changes and a few broken cables from older models. And some of our guys are REALLY bad at missing obstacles, and still the Quicks go on and on. I for one got sick of the big names and my local dealer, and BOP's customer service is the best I've found, not just in this industry but just about any.

With the return policy, can you really go wrong?

I can answer this question in the affirmative !! About 6 months ago Gary and I traded E-Mails and he confirmed that "he remembers seeing something around here with dual hydro's" ... the only question now is, when will they release the dual hydro machines ?? It'll probably be sometime around July or August, 2008, or next year with the 2009 equipment line-up !!

willjones4

I took advantage of the service kit offer with my Quick 36 Ninja (which is in transit right now:). To have most of my first year maintenance in the crate with the machine is well worth it to me....

Most people advise FOR the electric start - I opted for the 15 Kaw pull start - Tommy advised me is very similar to pull starting a small 21" with the advantage that the machine weight will keep it from jerking around when pulling the rope. Can't wait to try it....just my two cents
