Anyone use a Millenium landscape body for trucks

Does anyone here use this body, it is a regular looking box, but it is beaver-tailed and has a nice fold down ramp.

How do you like it? My truck dealer had one on an Isuzu tilt-cab truck and it looked like a pretty trick set-up.
