i was bored so i did some figuring and my best lawn i do comes out to about .0023 per square foot. most of my regulars only come out to about half that number. so, give your best numbers. price/area.

And this is on the other end of the unbelievable, you only make $18.40 on a 8,000 square foot.

600 on a 6 acre lot which equals to 100 an acre.

6 Acres is not a lawn. there maybe a lawn in there. but most would call that property or acreage or land, or rough cutting, or any of the other things it would be called but not a lawn. Not trying to be rude. Just from the information you gave that is what most are going to come up with.

I wouldn't get out of bed for $18.40.

I kind of agree. 6 acres is very different than a yard. Most of my yards are 1/4 to 1/8 acre parcels. And that is what I am targeting with door hangers as well.

i was being very general by saying lawn. this was suppose to be a thread on what your highest per square foot is. i dont give a crap if you do a 5000 acre tract, if its your highest then post. i just figured that everyone was tired of the "what mower should i buy" threads, but apparently people would rather dissect someones thread than to contribute their own information.

The most profitable is aerification with core clean up.
Mowing I use as a means to up-sell additional services.
However, for around 8,000 sqft I bid $65.00 as a base for my maintenance agreements.

wow that is a sweet acreage mower. not sure i would ride it due to the green, haha. but that is neat. i have seen those attachments for mowers, i think dixie has one. how do they work for power distribution to the sides.????

Flex-deck is the creator of those attachments---he sells/sold them to dixie.
