Hydro filter

How often do you guys change your hydro filter and oil?

at 1000 hrs i had it done. i used grasshopper hydro oil, it wasnt cheap either. i have a quart to top it off, if ever needs, normally it doesnt. david

Dixie Chopper (Hydro-Gear) recommends every 500 hours.

John Deere recommends 10 hours after break in and then every 1000 hours each season.

I have not changed it for the 10 hour yet because I need to get the Amsoil and getting over to the Orlando warehouse hasn't happened yet.

Scag recommends 500 hours, I change once a year....350-400 hours avg a year
