I have two 52" ZTR's and I want to be competitive and get this because they want it mowed 2-3 times a week. What would you charge for it?

$25 an acre with a $50 start up fee. Meaning, if it's 2 acres you charge $100 and so on. Is there any trimming? Maybe a little around the goals or something?

43,560 square feet are in an acre. Go measure your length and multiply it by your width. That'll get your square footage and tell you acreage.

77,625 sq. ft. for the average international soccer field...Not sure if your pitch is this size or not but there you go...Good luck...

let me ask a silly question , are they specifying how they want it cut ....

we cut all our fields across whish is preferred by ref's for the visual refernce it gives them in calling offsided takes longer and you have to watch your turns so you dont rip up the turf ....

takes a little longer but we still get each field done in around 20-25 mins with a 60"

you need to charge according to your business goals and what your business plan calls for, what you "need" to get + profit is what you charge. I am amazed at the willingness of some users to spew their numbers in a public forum.

I agree....you have to know your cost per hour before you can know what to charge. Different parts of the country support different cost. And like Steve noted...depending on how they want it cut could depend on how long it will take to cut it also
