Does anyone have any commercial properties like say eckerds drugs or cvs pharmacy drug stores, and if so how do you price them, also what is and average going rate?

The one I do is owned by a building owner that rents to CVS. He is responsible for all the maitanance.

There is never really going to be a going rate for any particular kind of account or even specific chain of stores, etc... Your best bet is to bid according to your needs - bid to make certain you are making money. if they accept your bid, great. If they do not, it means they would have wanted you to work for free. Learn your numbers and bid with confidence and you will never worry about the going rate - there will only be "your rate" - which is the only one you need to worry about.

Eckerds have been bought by Rite Aid I believe . They will contact You most of the time. Generally speaking You can price them high and give them good service.
