I have a Echo PB200 handheld blower, around 3 yrs. old. I went to fire it up last week and it ran fine, but at full throttle it wants to stall, but it idles fine, I checked the air filter,it was clean, I replaced the fuel filter,no luck, so I took the carb apart and cleaned it and it is still doing this.Anyone have any suggestions? This same scenario happened a couple years ago with a cheap trimmer my grandparents wanted me to fix.

spark plug, maybe a clogged exhaust port.
To replace the fuel filter get one of those metal pole flaggots like the kind you use to mark sprinkler heads, it's the thin metal pole you want... A coat hanger would likely work but it's thicker and harder to work with... Anyhow get a needle nose pliers or vise grips and bend the very end of that straight piece of wire into a small L. Now you can 'fish' the filter out of the tank with that.

Have you cleaned your exhaust port? :waving:

Could be the rubber diaphragms in the carb have hardened and need to be replaced.

Check exhaust and muffler for carbon buildup.

Number One: check the exhaust port and the muffler for carbon build up.
If thats not the problem, the carb needs to be rebuilt.
