Well i have finely got some commercial accounts :blob3:

1. 3 acer Apartment complex full service (Year round)
2. A commercial building in downtown Full Service (Year Round)
3. 2 Mini storages full service year round.

I'm signing contracts on installs and irrigation work like crazy.
so After January 1 2002 i'm saying good by to the day job!!

Not realy the west coast operates differrent since we dont have snow here we mow all year Dec,Jan,Feb every other week.
Leafs,shrubs and weed pulling are all part of the service for the most part on the commercial accounts.

You're telling me LawnSite has in no way aided in your growth? I live on the West Coast (southwesterly of you, as a matter of fact!) and LawnSite has helped me immensely. Surely, this site has been of some use to us, even we who live in the Forbidden Land... :angel:

What i should have said is i have learned a lot from it and do my job betterby what i have learned. But as far as bidding on propts like that it's a differeant world in the sunshine state. :rolleyes:

I am just under two month on lawnsite. Lawnsite has saved me over a thousand dollars on just one post. Thanks guys. Captdevo & Arborsite. Thank to all the other member whos post have saved me a little money here and there and here and there.

I will have to agree with you that we are in a different market because of our climate. Most of the members are in the N.E. or Mid W. and do not have a year round market in yard maintants. However I will not agree with you about bids. Lawnsite has helped me to rethink my bid considerations. No I don't take everyones .02 as the truth. I accept some and respect the others as not for me. Good Luck on being full time.
