Hi all. Looking to purchase a new trailer. I have been researching aluminum trailers. Aluma seems to have a decent product that has received promising feedback from customers. Looking at a 7710H or 7712H. The old model number was a 64103 for the 10' and 64133 for the 12'. Has anyone researched them or have any any insight? Thanks in advance!

Hey There, The web site is www.alumaklm.com Check it out. I like the fact that they are light weight, maintenance free and they look nice. However they cost aprox twice as much as steel. I figure most guys are going to keep a trailer for quite sometime unless they out grow it. I thought that there may possible be a small amount of fuel savings when towing and it would be lighter to get around. Check it out. Let me Know what you think.

They make a great 8'x8' trailer that we use to haul 2 utility quads on and also to move the Turf Tigers when needed with out any problem !!! They also come with a 5 year warranty. You have to pay alittle more to get the best but that is what you want. They are built heavy duty with an "A" frame type hitch. The loading ramps on ours are 2 piece and handle the TT and an operator with No Problem approx. 1600-1700# :usflag:

ah that's too bad they don't make a 6812 :)

It's either a 6x10 with sides, or a 6x12 without...

But yeah they're about 3g for a 6x12, roughly, and about 4-5-600 or so pounds lighter.
Also their rear gate folds, I would think this might make an aero difference but I wouldn't count on it.
As a rule I'd say one could expect an 8-10 percent mpg increase.

Really nice, I've been eyeing one for some time now.

Try a google on "Bear Track Aluminum utility trailers"
