Looking for used Compact Tractor $4k or <

Hi, I'm looking for a used compact tractor. I just picked up 5 additional acres adjacent to my 2 acre property. I currently have a Hustler zero turn for grass cutting. Now I'm looking for a tractor. I need to clear out the lot and I want a loader, backblade, etc. I am on a tight budget.

I looking at couple of used tractors:
Yanmar 1600
Kubota 7100


Both have loaders and backblades. The Kubota is 2k higher with 4x the hours.

Is anyone familiar with the Yanmar 1600? Is that a "grey market" tractor, what year was it made and can it be serviced by any dealer?

Also if you have something under 4k let me know.
