For those of you who may be looking for spray rigs, my advice is to check out http://greenprosolutions.com/home.htm
They are by far the best on the market. I've operated earlier models for over a decade, was very pleased. The new ones are light years ahead of the competition.

Are these good for spraying AACT at low psi as to not kill it, easy to clean and less nooks and crannies for things to grow in than other sprayers?

Yes. They will even build a brewer as part of the rig.

They use a variety of diaphragm pumps that are all listed on the website.

Most everyone will agree diaphragm over vane rotary. That is not to say you can't use vane rotary, just keep in mind, bigger is better when using them.
