Rubber Mulch

I just put in a bid for the school system just to sell them rubber mulch, but no installation. Do I still need insurance in case one of the kids get hurt? Please reply as soon as possible.

No, I was just wondering if I need extra insurance. I read that some people had to have extra insurance doing jobs for the city. Thank YOU

Your not installing it, so I don't see why you would need any extra insurance. If a kid falls on the mulch and gets hurt, I don't see a way you can be held responsible. I could see if the mulch was only 1/2" or an 1" deep then maybe, but only if you were the installer.
