Simplicity Blades

Alright here's my problem, my blades are going bad, they have a gap at the turn from so much use. Plus these blades leave long clipping instead of short clippings, I know simplicity makes a couple different style blades, do you think the mulching blades will cut them smaller, I won't be mulching, but will the blades make a difference.
