Were I a contractor in the Colorado/Wyoming area, I'd be ringing the
area with spike strips...not the guy I'd want coming into my market.
Too good, too young, too smart.

Too long in AZ i guess. I wish there were that many eagles around.

Thanks, I'm going to give it my all and expect to really enjoy the area and different way of life. Oh, and did I mention there are many beers brewed in Colorado?

Made it, settling. No net yet at the house. Coffee shop is comfy though. Already picked up a bid opp on HOA install and maintenance by happenstance, boss will be happy. More to come soon.

I was passing through the Springs on my way north to Fort Collins/Loveland. Visiting, for the rest of my life, is the plan at this point. Work starts Monday. Lots to do, supposed to be almost 70 next week!
