I found a corpse floating in the water shortly after starting this morning, I had to retrieve it with the bucket of the excavator as the ditch was too deep for the proper authorities to safely pick it up. I was asked not to take any photography of it due to pending notification of next of kin and for investigation purposes, but I did manage to snap one pretty quick before I was asked not too.
The body of the deceased was found floating upright, but with the head under water suggesting there was a severe neck injury involved and there was no identification on the body, but I was later told that the body is that of one Donald D. Duck, aged 3 years, he leaves behind 3 next of kin, Huey, Dewey and Louie.

I took it seriously till about 3/4 of the way through it.
Sad thing is my buddy's company was mowing at a condo last year and one of the guys found a man face down just outside a door. The guy who found him walked up to him cuz he thought the guy needed help. NOPE. Self inflicted gun shot. The guy fell on top of the gun. When the worker rolled him over he saw what a pistol can do.

A lot of marijuana grow-op waste, meth lab waste, T.V's/computers and general scum of society's garbage. It all goes to an old gravel put that was owned by the City, and it all gets dumped there and eventually bull dozed and flattened out for the next season.

thats one thing that scares me to death...opening a septic tank and finding something i dont want to, even when i go back to the truck while pumping i always fear coming back and finding a little kid that fell in while i left....deep holes (or perc holes) scare me too, they are dug and backfilled about a week later, some are up to 10 feet deep...the "perfect place" for someone to get rid of a body

One day you will find a brownie laying in the ditch
You find all kinds of stuff in the ditch especailly when its been over grown with black berry brambles. The highways dept lawn mower found that last year mowing the ditch and somebody threw a bunch of used wire rope into the ditch. Mower operator couldn't see it what a mess it made of the mower head. Mower operator had a axe and a hammer he had to cut the wire using the axle and hammer then the mower head had to be disassembled.
One thing I do remember when I was on the ditching crew was some of the ditch slop stink so bad. It must be from peoples drainfields bleeding through the ground into the ditch.

Man, you are a nut! The capital letters are what caught my attention and took it seriously until the end. Maybe we can get GR to throw a dummy in the ditch before you get there for a little karma... that would take care of your coffee breaks for the day!:usflag:

Don't worry their are lots of nut jobs and fruit cakes in the lowermainland that use the ditches out in the valley for getting rid of bodies
I have relatives in the valley area they have seen the area grow from farm and ranching to a city. The crime rate has increased. It isn't a quiet area anymore.

I'm trying soooo hard to get a good pic of her, she's ultra conservative and she hates getting splashed by all the ditch goo that goes flying through the air.

What do you mean cougar
A woman under 40 isn't a cougar but the 30 to 39 year olds are the ones with the biological clock ticking.
If you were good at massage and give her sweaty feet a good rub at the end of the day she would be your girlfriend for life
Flaggers have a tough job it is hard standing there on pavement in the pouring down rain or in the scorching sun. Then you get motorists screaming at them because they think its the flaggers fault.

how do you know she weighs 123 pounds
Other than the amount of times we had some rather "intimate" conversations, I kept giving her open invitations to sit on my lap when she got too cold, that's how I know how much she weighs.
