i just traded in my 2003 Nissan frontier for a 2005 Tacoma prerunner . both trucks haul very well the Tacoma has a bigger bed and a lot more room in the cab. it also handles better when hauling ..

Most LCO want a 2500 gasburner, while driving a 1500 truck, the 2500 gasburner LCO, chimes in, advising the 1500 LCO, to upgrade to a 2500, but not the diesel 2500. While a 3500 gasburner LCO wish it was a 3500 diesel. 2009 the "big" three will be offering a 1/2 ton diesel option, with (CGI) compacted graphite iron blocks Duarmax uses this now (cheap) V6 0r V8 diesel mills, that sip fuel, and close to 500ft/lbs of torque. who follows polls, for the masses?

For grass cuttin only... npr... landscaping where you need to haul trash away... 3500 w/ dump flatbed... for landscaping where you need to do grading, irrigation, bobcat work... FRR or 5500/550 w/ landscape bed.

Pickup trucks w/ an actual bed are just plain stupid.

what, about the car? that's not what i want but probably how life will end up. i just dont understand. they tell me to take what i get and to be appreciative and i would be. but to me it would seem a more beneficial learning experience for me to buy my own vehicle and pay for some of the gas than get a car and pay for didilly squat...
