After stepping in it, weed wacking it, getting it caked on tires:

Ya trying to drum up biz for Major doo doo man.
Only have a few lawns to even worry about, but I don't care and it dries rather fast and falls off.
And NO, I never get it on my shoes.

Could be some easy $$$ in sub-contracting or commission referrals.

Welps, I only have one customer w/ a dog, and Thay have a service for poop, posted about it on a thread a month or so ago.
If I go give an estimate for a lawn and thay have dogs, I ask them about the doo, if thay have a service I will cut thier lawn the following day if it fits into my route. Or thay need to pick it up themselves that morning. If I find any doo, on the lawn I just skip it. If I keep having to skip or fingin presants it thay get droped.
If I show up and see the lawn coverd in crap and thay dont have a service I tell them thay need to find someone else.
Picking up poop, garbage, dog toys/bones. is not my line of work and is not in any ones job description. Nor is running it over.
Answer in brief, I would not expect a profit from refering a certin service, as I would not expect to pay someone to refer work to me. I'll give them work and thay will eventually give me some back. If not its not a good relationship and I need to start refering people to someone else.

I give referrals to a gutter cleaner who gives me a small cut.

LGF,
If you do as much leaf work as you claim, and at least 5% of your clients have dogs.... this time of year they can't see it all so we know you wear some from time to time unless your just stuper-vising. I became magnet for sh$$ the other day and believe you me, theclient got an earfull and a slight increase in their bill of course.

Perhaps your employees would appreciate this service, Your Majesty.
Since were on the subject of poop, I thought i'd share a story...I was doin a cleanup for this woman this fall. I noticed this awful smell when cleaning the front. As I got to the back the smell just got worse and worse. I started to blow off the patio in the back, and when I got to this corner, there was a huge mountain of poop. It was disqusting! There had to be over a hundred pieces of it!

we been scooping 11 years now in st. louis. There is alot of lawn care business that like the idea we pick up the poop before you all get there.
and quite a few of you all won't do some yards at all unless the poop is pick up. so its seems like you guys must loveeeeeeeee
us somewhat......

I read an article about your yucky company in a St Louis paper or something like that and they were saying you make 6 figures a year?? Are those all in front of the decimal point?? How many people work for you. In the picture I only saw you and the executive pooper picker upper or something like that.
Just curious as to some info about your company.

You see a problem with giving customers who have dogs a card & collecting a small fee if that scooper service is hired? I have this arrangement with gutter cleaners, drive sealers, window cleaners, & also refer a roofing co. sans comm because owner is a realative.
