The going rate is around $9.00-$10.00 per hr. Are you just starting in anderson? What part of anderson do you target?

It depends.... if their spelling and grammer are better than the boss, then i feel that should be worth something. Otherwise, I suppose, you could pay them like waiters. $2.25 an hour plus tips.
