Of my logo? I know it needs a few adjustments, but we are still working on it. Let's hear you opinions.

lawn maintenance isn't necessary if your name is "Brant's Lawn Care" its kind of redundant. I'm not crazy about it, but it does look okay. Its a little too busy for me. JMO

i agree with Raven.i will look again after u make changes!

Yeah, I was thinking that too. I think I like it a little bit busy like that, because it will look a little nicer on my white truck. I was thinking about making the hill under the "Lawn Maintenance" Green. Would it look ok if I took "Snow Removal" and "Lawn Maintenance" out?

yeah, because that isn't part of your name. You can put it on things as services you offer, but i don't think it should be part of your logo.my.2

Alright, my dad and I will fool around with it tonight. He's artistic and I'm not. He did a pretty good job designing it himself.

yea i tried using Photoshop to make something for you... I couldnt even figure out how to make a circle on there  keep us posted with the updates! good luck.

Yeah, thanks. I tried fooling around with it too and I just gave up. lol. Thanks for the help.

I think it might be helpful to put your phone number someplace?

lol it's good otherwise, I like it.

It was a little busy. I liked the two designs though. How about combining the two and organizing the text. How about something on this idea. It is easy to read and to the point.....

that looks good paul....good idea with the trees and that graphic.

03-26-2008, 12:44 PM
How did you do that? We tried for a while to change some stuff around, and we didn't get anywhere. lol. About the phone number, I was gonna put this on my truck, and put the number below it and all the services we offer off to the side. Know what I mean? But I do like that design. I'll show it to my dad.

Thanks raven.
Bryant, I am glad you like it. I just cloned it in photoshop. I did it kind of quick but let me know if there is anything I can help you with. I actually manage a desktop publishing dept although I am hoping to be full time lawn by 09. I would like to see that card with the graphic on the left and text on the right with some more green. Anyways....I will show you

I guess it depends on what you like. I did not like the green I added.

What if you tried this.

Where service is always in season

Keep current design circle.........then keep it simple :waving:

Go back to the first idea. Except instead of saying Lawn Care (or maintenance) twice, just say it once, - Then say snow removal with the trees. Personally, I like it, and your dad did a DARN fine job! Yousay he is artistic,...and you're right1
On another topic, if you really want to be a step up on everyone...use the correct term for what you are going to be doing. If you are going to be doing mowing and such,...then use Lawn Maintenance. If you are going to be doing chemical treatments and applications, then use Lawn care (that is what lawn care is - it is an actual text term). If you are going to do it all,...think big...Go with Grounds Maintenance, Landscape management, or something like that.

Paul, you did good on that. I like that lots. Wish mine looked that sharp.

Make the logo as SIMPLE as possible. Name, graphic and tagline MAX! Lose the number and the services, they can be listed under the logo, not as part of it! When you see McDonald's golden arches, you instantly know what it represents without having every cheeseburger and chicken nugget they offer listed within the arches! Keep it simple.

maybe one day you can add into you logo "billions served" just like McD's... LOL I know, keep dreamin....
