Got to go and get measurements for my first commerical account bid today.

Its a strip mall with around 5,100 sq ft of yard to cut, edge, blow. They want fertalizer to get all the weeks out what would everyone recammend to use just your typical lawn weeds.

There is 802 sq ft of flower beds mulched twice a year I get mulch for 20/yd it needs 5 yards.

Trim all the bushes around 175 feet of just normal Spiraea bushes. and about 17 trees to be trimed.

Might want flowers a couple times a year should I just include this in the estimate, and what is the best way to charge for this. I have heard to just charge the same amount as the cost of flowers to lay them.

The last thing they need done I dont know how to do and was hoping someone could help is they need their irrigation ready to use this spring. How much do you charge for this.

They last thing is how much would yall charge to do this. Me and one other will be doing the work with a 48 in zero turn a 22 in toro push mower. Want it maintain from april though october.

I can send pics if it would help.

Thanks to all wish me luck.

Tim

No just 1, 4 and there is two spots in between 1 and 4 to the left then a spot about the same sizes of those in the back right behind building.

Where did you get the areal at?

MSN Virtual Earth... IMO its 10X better than Google Earth.
