barkomulch tac spray

Hey everyone I wasnt sure where to ask this ,there was an add in the turf mag. about a spray to hold bark o mulch in place. I only sew it in one month I laid the magazine down and when I came back to it a couple of days later the magazine was gone I have gone through my back issues and cant find anything on it.
so I am hopeing someone in here can help me out help me find the company and if anyone has used the product tell me what you thought of it. any help would be much appreciated, thanks Wrs1
