schedule c expenses

What Part/lines on schedule C can sole proprietors expense time spent estimating, repairing equipment, billing, and doing all the other things outside of billable hours that take about 30% of your total time operating the business? Anyone pass an audit expensing all this time?

You dont really think you can do that do you? It would be a good way to not have to ever pay any taxes though.
