hd75 "Outdated"

I have a 99 John Deere hd75 with a bad hydro motor."for the second time" I
love the mower but cant see putting another grand into a wheel motor or 750 into a rebuild of mine. I have been looking for used machines, junked mowers, or any other brand that uses a Eaton 778 with out any luck . I'm open to any and all suggestions. Oh by the way, I bought myself a used Lesco hydro to mow with in the mean time, but i don't like it near as well as the old JD.

Well,

I spent some time looking around and found new ones averaged little over a grand. I also found Simplicity used the same type unit but have no idea what model.

Looks like another rebuild is the cheapest route.
