nonstick spray


what can i use to keep from snow build up inside my snow thrower,ive used wd40 which works on the augers and the shute,but eventually the snow clogs up again.spam was also considered. thanks :blob3:

There is supposedly a product called Sno-Jet for plows & blowers, which is the cold weather equivilant to Mo-deck polymer deck treatment. However, after repeated requests for this product via LS & searches on various internet stores I am beginning to doubt its existance.
You may want to avoid using spam as it will likely attract the neighborhood dogs & cats.

No I have not. I spray the inside of the snowblower auger housings and chutes with the silicone, as well as the plow blade.

On my hedge trimmers I use this product that I got from the John Deere dealer that they sell to use on the sickle mowers. Awesome stuff, doesnt come off, prevents rust and keeps the sap from sticking. If I think of it I'll check the garage tomorrow for the name.
