Help with Price?

I am bidding on this property and the owner wants me to come by three times a week and clean.

This includes taking out all of the trash in the cans around property

Pressure wash around the dumbster and the just keep all the paper out of the beds and parking lot.

i am going to be servicing the the yard too, but just need help on what to charge for the clean up, should I give a discount since I will be doing the yard?

i was thinking around 50-60 dollars per time.

I'd charge at least that. If your pressure washing and taking out the trash AND picking up trash everywhere. I'd charge closer to $75 The mowing part doesn't look to be hard at all to do. Maybe an hour at most?

yea it looks like i'm going too get it. I charged 120/wk for mowing edging and weedeating, 65 per fert. app., and 400 per mulch job. She just wanted me to add that on there when she called back!!
