I dont quite understand why none of the commercial lawn equipment sites never have prices? if you guys know any sites with some price listings of some belt/hydro walk behinds that would be great! thanks.

Its because every region has different priceing and the dealer will set a price he thinks he can make money on.Your best bet would be to talk to a dealer about prices .Some dealers give better prices but bad service .take into account service of the machine

Its called the Used Equipment Forum. It run by turfquip.com and Ed always has something of use for starters. Hes even got two starter kits for a guy getting into this biz just like yourself.

Gravely gives sugg retail on their site. I think thats a very good thing.:)

... and Dixie Chopper used to give prices on their used nd repos - but not anymore. :o

Suggested retail is usually the same no matter where you are. Its the distributors and dealers that have flexability.

I think deere has retail on there stuff but is usually cheaper at the dealer.

Have you ever noticed that prices and specs can change with out notice.
