Gopher Basic Help

I own Gopher Basic. I only use it for routing, but i'm starting to get irritated with the product.

As I said, I only use it for routing. It just likes to put whatever customers it likes in whatever order it pleases. I try to switch the order on a specific day, but It does not let me. Its irritating. It trys to schedule a yard that would be last on my list FIRST! How can I enter everything I want for a day into a specific day, and then arrange it the way I want?

The routing feature sucks big time. You have to figure out what order you want certain customers to be in and then go to your main list and pick the names in the order you want them by clicking on the "up" arrow to move them. I use my Word program for my lists and letters.
