I went to my local TSC store and found semi what i was looking for but they wanted $60. for it. So i was wondering where all you guys buy your pitchforks for mulching. I would like to get it one the wider side with little spacing between the teeth, dont want too much mulch slipping out. Thanks in advance for any advice one where to get it (store or online) and if anyone uses anything else please share i am open to trying new things.
Go to sears and buy the one with the lifetime warranty. You will not go wrong.

i think you are looking for a Ensilage Fork. I bought a couple of them from Ace Hardware. $50 bucks not a bad deal

Just purchased 3 of these at Lowe's. $19 and change each.
For mulch jobs, we use a deep snow shovel and shovel it right off the trailer. These shovels carry a lot of mulch and dont let anything fall through like an ensilage fork.
Works for us.

Scoops are for loading. Pitch forks like the one above are for scooping out of wheelbarrows and spreading. 2 different tools, 2 different jobs.
