Rear Strut Deck Adjustment

What is the proper adjustment for the rear deck "Strut Wldmt" which is adjusted by the "Sperical Rod End". This adjustment moves the deck forward/backward. The operator's manual does not mention this adjustment. This is in regards to a LAS28KA604.

From the center hole of the hyme (ball joint) to the center of the tube on the strut should be 15-5/16". This shouldn't ever need adjusted unless it's been changed at sometime.

Is this adjustment setup when it leaves the Exmark factory or is this dealer adjusted during mower setup at the dealer?
