M60 Tank and 14ft trailer for sale

I have a 2006 Cub Cadet Commercial 60" zero-turn for sale. asking $5300. Low hours (134 hours). I bought it new and used it for 2 seasons. On about 5 to 10 accounts. It is in great shape and I've never had any problems with it. It has a 25 hp Kawasaki engine.

Also, I have a 14' x 6.5' open trailer with dual axles. It has brakes on 1 axle. I bought this trailer new in spring of 07, so it doesn't't have a lot of mileage on it. I'm asking $1,400.
