looks like a loroetalum but clover shaped

Oxalis violacea. Get rid of it because it spreads.

If you need more of it, it is available in Nurseries - I'm in texas and see it around.

The best thing to do with it, if the boss likes it, is dig it up and put it in containers, better above ground or in the ground to limits it's spread. Once established it is aggressive in many places. Not familiar with your climate and soils, but I would check with the local extension office as to the status of this plant. Oxalis can ruin a nice planting bed in a couple of seasons.
