I have a couple questions: what is the going rate for powerseeding. De-thatching, too. I am preparing a bid for a lawn of about 2/3 of an acre, and the customer wants it powerseeded. Never done it that way. I have no idea as to how fast those machines run, or, more likely, creep. Also, I normally roll my seed to ensure good soil contact--should I roll it after I powerseed? By the way, by powerseed, I'm refering to the machine that slices slits in the turf and drops the seed in. I had someone today that thought powerseeding was hydroseeding. Anyway, I don't want to shortchange myself. I'd rather not do it than to do that. Any help would be appreciated.
