We got our new Bobcat T190 delivered thursday afternoon. Loaded with cab, heat, air, bobtach, gold package.

And a couple of pictures of a 20 pallet bermuda sod job yesterday. (Homeowners doing their own trees/shrubs, so dont blame me)

Nice...

You can't beat having a bobcat to move around those pallets on a big sod job. We just got done a big one last week.. Having the bobcat was invaluable...

Enjoy it... I LOVE my T-190...

thanks guys. Yeh its quite the machine compared to our old 773. :cool2:

mrsops, I think this house with the lot, house, and pool in the backyard with around 375k. I believe the lot is somewhere around .78 of an acre. As a matter of fact me and the wife are looking at building a house very similar to this. Suprisingly enough this house we both liked it, which has yet to happen before. But doing most all the work yourself, the builder told me (minus the property which I think was like 45k) you could build it for between 150-175k. :cool2:

Yeah I'm trying to practice patience...

I think I might wait till 2009....

I've bought way too much other junk in 08, and it's only April..

Did you end up selling yours?
