I'd say if it runs good and works, then that's a good deal. If your looking for a first mower, it would be perfect. You could potentially pay that off in a week or 2. Let me know what you decide.

If it runs and cuts fine, that would be great. It's the same mower I have.

Like other people have said if it runs good then that is a great deal for a commercial mower.
