I bought this 1993 3500 last fall and it was red with alot of body work needed. I had all the rust fixed, driver's door dent fixed (I ran a skid steer into it:rolleyes:) and then painted my co. color, white. Also added a backrack and stainless exhaust to my Duramax, new dump trailer lettered, 7x18 Loadtrail, all the Boss plows and Snow-Ex spreaders in the garage, and a quick pic of my X720. Let me know what you think!:)

Good job on the referb, look great. Looks like you do some serious snow plowin.

If you have the time, thats the way to buy a truck. How many miles on the 03, it is an 03 right not a 1993 duramax?

Do you use the deere x tractor for cutting regular lawns? Is it like a commercial z?

The GMC 3500 is a 1993 with 245K on it, new engine, tranny, tires, front end, exhaust, etc., really an awesome truck. The Duramax is a 2005 LLY with 43K on it. The X720 is used for mowing, 60" 7 IRON is awesome, cuts just like the ZTraks. The Duramax has the MBRP T-409 Stainless 4" Turbo Back exhaust system on it with a 6" tip. Thanks for the questions guys!

Just the hillside stability of the tractor and also the versatility of attachments. The tractor can hold its own at speed no doubt, but the Z's will always be faster.

I noticed you have a grid iron trimmer rack. How do you like it. I was thinking about buying one for my open trailer. The thing that I liked about them is you can add another rack onto it if needed.
Thanks, Mike

The rack is ok, nothing special. If I was to buy another rack, I probably wouldnt buy another. I just think that there's better racks out there for the money than the Grid Iron. :waving:
