I picked up an almost brand new Ferris 1500Z last winter in hopes to use it this year but I am not going to land the kind of properties I want to justify such an expensive mower. I only mow part time and it's mostly residential yards where this would be overkill.
So... my loss is your gain. I bought it from a guy in Kansas who bought it new. He only used it in the fall of 2007 to do leaf pickups. It has been dealer serviced it's entire short life. I have put maybe 0.5 hrs on it loading it and unloading it. No use at all by me.
It has the vaccum bagging system with two bags attached in the back. It also has two counter weights in the front. It has a Kawasaki motor. Everything is brand new on this machine - not much to say about it. If you want to come see it or buy it I live in Marion, IA.
