I'm not gonna lie the grass doesn't look so good but WOW, that is some pretty extreme landscaping. If your sig didn't say New Orleans I would've guessed that you live somewhere in the Amazon.

I love New Orleans style homes. Most of the plants are slow growing and neeed very little care. How muh does a house like that cost in New Orleans these days, is that a 3story or 4 story? The turf looks like St Augustine thats not recieving enough sunshine.

The homes in New Orleans are packed in too close for my taste ... like sardines !!

Correct; the grass is St. Augustine. Also correct that it doesn't get enough sunlight. No matter what we try to do to make it look better it just doesn't. It serves it's purpose, though.
The back yard of this house is amazing; it has a nice gazebo and a pool house complete with full kitchen, amazing bath, upstairs loft. It's pretty sweet.
I'd guestimate that house at upwards of $1 mil. For whatever it's worth, it's located in the City Park area.
