Watering my lawn with pool water?

is it bad to water my lawn with pool water? I occasionally backwash my pool onto my lawn. It seems like a great way to get an inch down in a quick 2 minutes. :)

Is it possible the chlorine could harm it? I've heard chlorine evaporates really fast

Chlorine is going kill the microorganisms in your soil = bad

never water your lawn with pool water treated with chlorine...... It will kill the grass!!

weird hasn't even tainted it yet. I have a fiberglass pool that requires very little chlorie and I usually backwash it before shocking it so the chlorine level is probably between 1 and 2 ppm

With the low chlorine it will not kill the grass but be careful don't know what the cut off point is
