1999 haulmark enclosed trailer

went to look at a used 1999 haulmark 8.5x20ft, 7000gvwr enclosed trailer.the trailer hasnt been moved in 2 years. the roof has a dent on the top, but dosnt leak from an uprooted tree. one of the tires is leaning outwards. is this because of low air or bent axel? some of the corners were also banged up. is there anything else to look for?
