im starting up were i do storm and wind damage clean ups wondering what place you guys take your trees and wood to. or of what kinds of place i might try to call and what not.

Find someone with a good chipper and start producing mulch, compost and general soil ammendments to resell in your business , in the future. Or start making char. :)
