View Full Version : wild strawberries in asian jasmin

I have a customer who insists it is my crew's fault he has lots of wild strawberries in his beds. He says we should have pulled them out before there were so many of them. The problem is they're mixed in with asian jasmine so we can't get to the roots to pull them and I'm not sure what we could spray it with and not damage the jasmine. Any suggestions?
Image is labeled for over the top applications in asiatic jasmine. Don't know if it controls wild strawberry but it may be worth a shot if nothing else is expressly labled for it.

I considered round-up. I know it's not labeled for asian jasmine but have used it in the past on it and the waxy leaf seems to protect it pretty well. I read the posts on strawberries and it looks like round-up isn't very successful with it and I'm also not sure if the new leaves on jasmine are as resistant to roundup since they're so much softer.
