Just curious how people here charge jobs I myself have a base $38.00 per hour rate some others I know go by sq. foot I've been doing this long enough to look at a job and tell how many hours it will take how do you charge?

I am new and have had good success bidding a job as a flat rate derived from man hours to do the work by $60 an hour. If I think it will take me 5 hours alone, I charge $300... Bring a helper and do it in 2.5

I thought it would be too high, but people are not complaining and are still setting up jobs.
