Is there a grass seed.....

Is there a grass seed out there that needs no water except for what mother nature gives it. I had a customer tell me some engineer friend of his told him there was a seed made buy SCOTTS I told him I have been in the biz for awhile now and I have never heard of anything like this. I allways tell them when we seed to WATER WATER WATER of it will be a waste of time.

tall fescue doesn't like a lot of water when it is in seed, other than that, never heard of that. when i do seed after we straw it, we water once and thats it ( spring and fall ) summer water.
