They may be expensive but they sure do cut nice. I wish I would've bought one instead of the HS45

I have the hs 85, with the turning handle. I bought it 2 years ago for 375.00.

I think I gave around $360 for my last spring. You pay for quality. Isn't that what we try to say about our lawn maintenance? They are a workhorse. I like them. If I had it to do over again I would buy the same thing again.

Very true. I did forget to mention that. If you weigh a buck o five you might want to find something else.
I bought the trimmer attachment for my FS85 trimmers. I love that thing. I only use the handhelds for small stuff only.

Best pair of hedges Ive owned, tried the echo 1500, nice & light, but they dont cut like my stihl's do.

Other brands are lighter than Sthil. Lighter is more productive for extended use.

i agree with above they will definately make a man out of you but on the other hand i use my chain saw less because those things will just about cut through anything
