View Full Version : 3 hole fertilizer spreader
Are there any mfg's of spreaders that use 3 holes to drop the product other that Earthway and Precision?

Lesco. A perfect spread every time.
Lesco does make one. I should have clarified my question, I am looking for a tow behind spreader, and according to my local Lesco dealer, they don't make a tow behind.
Thanks

Tow behind? :nono:
Anderson makes a 3 hole spreader. My spreader of choice for pushing.
I have some larger customers, and want to tow it behind either a garden tractor, or ATV. (2 are 3+ acres, 1 is 13 acres)

Hi Easy -- Spyker makes 2 models, but they have one solid opening. We've found this to be better cuz 3-hole spreaders tend to cake up in humid weather, therefore putting out less & less product. Spyker tow behinds: Model 179 (125 lb capacity), and model 299 (220 lb capacity).
I agree with the "caking up" statement, but I am partial to the 3 opening models due to the more even spreading of the product.
Thanks
