Toro Zmaster Clutch

I have a 99 Toro ZMaster 455 that I recently bought, 1800 hours. The clutch doesn't like to kick in when hot. Went to adjust it and it does not look like what I'm used to with three spring held nuts. I don't see any way to adjust this thing. The part number 5218-25. Do I have to take it off??? I just doubt that.

By the looks of it that clutch is non-adjustable, May be time to replace it.
